Away from the excitment of SEC football in Athens, the PGA Tour Championship returns this weekend to East Lake Golf Club near Atlanta.
England's Justin Rose and Tiger Woods were tied atop the leadership at 4-under-par after Thursday's first round. (View the leaderboard here)
Not far back was former UGA golfer and current Masters champ Bubba Watson, who is at 1-under, tied for 12th place.
It just so happens that Dawgs247 contributor Sonny Kennedy was on hand at East Lake on Thursday and sent us a few shots of Watson's round for the week's final cup of coffee.
