ATHENS, Ga. -- Confirming word passed along earlier in the week, Georgia linebacker Alec Ogletree and safety Bacarri Rambo are not in uniform for Saturday night's game against Vanderbilt.

So that would make four games on suspensions for each player. There are strong indications that Ogletree and Rambo are expected back for next week's game against Tennessee, though UGA has not confirmed length of suspensions yet.
Other players not in uniform for Georgia include offensive lineman Kolton Houston (NCAA ineligible), offensive lineman Hunter Long (broken foot) and defensive lineman Jonathan Taylor, who is believed to be redshirting but has a cast on his left wrist.
Otherwise, the pregame injury news appears promising for the Bulldogs. Linebacker Jarvis Jones (groin), offensive lineman Dallas Lee (ankle), offensive lineman Watts Dantzler (ankle) and wide receiver Rantavious Wooten (knee) are dressed out after being limited in practice this past week.
As for Vanderbilt, Austin Carta-Samuels is listed as the starter at quarterback, though that's not a binding development. Jordan Rodgers is a captain for the game.
(Update 7:26 p.m. -- Rodgers took pre-game snaps with Vanderbilt's first string, not Carta-Samuels, who started last week's game)
Georgia's captains are Aaron Murray, Corey Moore, Chris Burnette and Abry Jones.
Georgia and Vanderbilt kick off at 7:45 p.m. on ESPN2.
