Ogletree and Rambo served four-game suspensions to start the season, missing victories over Buffalo, Missouri, Florida Atlantic and Vanderbilt.
Each is expected to rejoin Georgia's starting 11 for the Tennessee game.
Richt has refused to confirm the status of either player throughout the duration of the suspension. Several UGA players indicated each would be back this week, but Rambo himself created confusion with misleading tweets in recent days suggsted he would not be able to play.
