ATHENS, Ga. -- Months (and even years) of reports, commits and intentions to early enroll come down to this: Spring semester is beginning and for nearly half of Georgia's 2013 signees, it's now official.
Quarterback Brice Ramsey was one of 13 early enrollees confirmed Friday by UGA.
UGA on Friday officially released the names of 13 prospects in the 2013 class who have completed paperwork to enroll early for spring semester, officially join Georgia's next signing class and participate in spring practice.

Spring semester classes officially start Monday at UGA, and several of the above prospects will play in All-Star games before heading to Athens.
In the case of Rankin, he actually joined the Bulldogs last month and participated in bowl practices in Athens before the team went to Orlando, Fla., for the Capital One Bowl.
A total of 17 other prospects remain committed to UGA, and those prospects will be able to sign letters of intent on National Signing Day in February.
