There is nothing that says, you can't be big and quick right? If hey can train the big guys to have better foot ,movement and be more agile, it appears to me that would be the best of both worlds. I am sure a couple of them, could reduce their body fat and convert more of the weight to muscle and they would be better off. The quicker the line is, and the better their foot moment, the less sacks we will give up, and the better the adjustment to catch the blitz coming in. Quicker lines mean more plays you can add to your offense, since you can pull guards and tackles faster, thus giving your RB, a quicker read on the line and where to hit the hole. If the defensive line is trying to compensate for your quickness, they can be reduced to trying to anticipate the play too much, and make mistakes by committing too fast and being out of position to make the play.
