+1 allhail! I don't understand everyone's issue with a man wanting to better himself. I never get mad at an employee for wanting to improve his position in life. Shouldn't we all have goals?
I could understand being upset if Grantham was applying for a lateral position at another school. I also don't understand the " he just got a raise" argument. Just because someone a raise, doesn't mean they still shouldn't aspire for higher positions. It is also a sign that we have good coaches when they are desired at other areas. If he goes, I have faith that CMR will find a good replacement. If he stays, I will be happy to have him for another year. But hey, at least at least everyone directed their moaning and groaning to a different Coordinator for a change. Oh, but wait, maybe this is Bobo's fault! Lol
