  • mitchell could be a shutdown corner similar to claiborne for LSU. we are so deep at WR and with the influx of JSW's speed, we could not lose a step on offense. may actually benefit us moving him to defense full time. commings and mitchell at corners with swann and smith for nickel and depth. with those two monster hitters at safety, secondary could be outstanding. glass half full. go dawgs

  • It is so frustrating. This is a senior with a little girl and he is heading to the beach with a bag of weed. That just sucks. I hate moving Malcom to corner. A raw reciever who is by far our best playmaker at wr. How good will he be at corner and how bad will it stunt his growth at wr. Ole Sheldon Dawson wouldve committed a month earlier had he known all this.

    Mitchell will play CB in the NFL so this will only help him. He's a very good WR, but he's a top 10 pick at CB. He's an inch taller Morris Claiborne.

    yeah +1, & lets not forget how badly saban wanted him. Saban rarely misses on corner evals. I think he's athletic enough to not miss a beat as a WR either. kid will benefit greatly from this.
