Richt says Marshall Morgan hasn't done many kickoffs yet, but ...
"He's what I thought too in that the ball gets up quickly. he's very strong and he doesn't have to give a lot of effort to get the long and mid range kicks."
Morgan has been "very accurate so far" in extra points/field goals, per Richt.

"He has done well as far as just running and catching the ball I can't say the routes have been perfect, but he has a decent feel ... and he's made some nice grabs, he really has. He plays very fast and he's not afraid to stick his nose in there ... Those boys from Colquitt County, they get coached, and you can see that."

Sticking with CCHS, Richt notes that Xzavier Ward is "getting a lot more reps that I thought he would right now."
While Ward isn't 100 percent yet from knee ... "We really like him." Richt said.

--Jay Rome is planning to play basketball in January despite an increased role in football
--Christian LeMay is second cousins with transferring PSY WR Justin Brown. They aren't that close, though, and LeMay says he hasn't spoken with him since the PSU sanctions went down
--Sounds like Chris Conley had cracked the top three WRs with TK and Marlon

Things that stand out to me:
- A senior Samuel is our leader of all backs and ran hard once again for a TD. He is going to hurt some people this year.
- Sterling Bailey and again Jordan Jenkins being singled out in the eyes of reporters.
- X Ward not a 100% but competing. He would be another great help to keep our o-line fresh for the 4th quarter. Plus he is at 290+ now. Way to go X Ward!
