After the Broncos traded up in the first round (giving away most of their remaining picks in the process) and took Teblow that one year......I dont put anything past these NFL GM's, coaches and owners. Talk about an uppercut to the junk with that whole situation.lol.
I really do hate it for Cordy though. These teams should have reviewed his OG highlights instead of the OT ones. He needs to go to Detroit and block for Matt...wouldnt that be awesome!!!

Cordy's name was mentioned often by the ESPN crew, but it never came up. The Seahawks traded their #13 pick, and then I believe two other guards were taken (one from Wisc. which has had a great running game and I believe the other from Iowa to Pittsburgh).

When the announcers said the Giants needed an OL I held my breath. If Cordy had been picked the NY fans in attendance, who had been waiting for this pick for 3 hours, might have booed like crazy. Instead, they picked RB David Wilson of VT.

Good luck to Cordy and the other Dawgs tomorrow.

i was sure that glenn would go around 20 or so. what a bunch of blowhards these GMs are.

The silver lining for Cordy is that he is now a value pick where ever he goes. A first rounder and second rounder can perform the exact same way... and the first rounder is deemed a bust whileb a fanbase is more likely to recognize very good contributions for the second rounder.

I know that's not a consolation to the Glenn family at the moment. He now has an opportunity to make 30 teams pay for passing on him (the falcons aren't included because they didn't have a pick coming in to Thursday).

Gentry, is that his type of personality? Is he pretty intense and focused in interviews? Or more casual and saying the usual things (do my best, work real hard, etc)?

Meanwhile Bama has Four First Rounders.
