Up and ready for some good news. I think the DAWGS sign 21 today. Not even going to try and guess where some of these tweeners or sitting on the fence post kids go. I just hope UGA picks up a couple of them, and either way, the 17 we have verbal commitments from right now, in my mind make this a good class already. I am not concerned about what Scouts, Rivals, ESPN or almost any of those recruiting services get paid to say. UGA will have helped itself out very much if they get the 17 plus a few more they are stretching for and they will have filled their needs. The rest is all gravy for depth. I think UGA is in the "Just adding depth, for the future", mode right now. No panic about the O line either, since with these 3 we have that will sign will give us 17 on the roster. Need some experience but that is not going to come from signing day. Coach Friend can coach them up and the DAWGS will be ready for 2012.

Isn't Patterson's high school QB at UTK? Maybe that has something to do with his decision.... Who know's? Hope he enjoys playing in games televised on Pay-Per-View.

Justin Worley is the QB..Could have been the difference..

Not the good start to the day information we were all hoping to hear, even if not official.
What it is, is a reflection of the reality-based predictions Rusty posted last night that gave us pause to come down off the perhaps well-intended, but feel-good posts of others not part of the Dawgs247 staff yesterday.
While I appreciated reading those other predictions, those from on-site staff here kept me grounded.
Makes me glad I'm a member of this Dawgs247 where I can get that true, unbiased information I want and need to stay abreast of the signing events of today.
Hopefully UGA finishes strong. If we get just a few more recruits to sign and add to those already committed, from my perspective it will be a good recruiting effort by CMR and recruiting staff!
Enjoy NSD all! I know I will between trying to work and keep up!
