Hello all,
Very sad to report that my grandmother passed away early this morning. She had been doing better, but it was an uphill battle all along, and there were just too many complications and problems in the end. She was a great lady. I'm definitely going to miss her a lot, but it makes me smile to think of her up there probably talking Larry Munson's ear off about her grandson that covers UGA.
Anyway, because of this, I'll be pretty scarce on the site the next few days. Services aren't finalized yet, but my plans at this moment are that I will be able to cover the game on Saturday. Rusty will hold down the fort during the holiday weekend, and I do have some stories scheduled to post in my absence.
Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers. It has meant a lot to us.

Sorry about your grandmother. That is never something fun to go through and especially this time of year. My grandfather died the day after Christmas a few years ago so I hope that you can do the best you can and have a safe holiday. Thanks for all your hard work and information.
