Gunman broke into a movie theater and started shooting up the place. Sad day.

Yeap, just horrible news. They said the majority of the people in the theater were between the ages of 15 and 25. So the majority of the victims are young people. Absolutely tragic.

I've got friends out there ages 25-27 and the first thing I did when I heard was check on them. Thank the lord that they are alright. My prayers are going out to any and everyone affected. I also know the Assistant DA in Denver who's just graduated this past May with me, so I know this guys prosecution is in very capable hands.

One of the girls who was killed in the shooting this morning wrote for BustedCoverage, and was an aspiring sports broadcaster. She barely escaped the shooting at the mall in Toronto in June. She wrote about that here. A very eerie read, considering the manner in which she died last night.

A very good friend is the morning anchor for local Fox here and they were very close. Props to her for keeping composure while reporting the news of her friends death

Absolutely tragic. Sending prayers out to the families and the community. I just don't get this senseless violence.

What in the HELL is wrong with people? Tragic... Prayers and thoughts out to all of those affected. So sad and so pointless. This guy was a complete monster.
