Ark fans coaching choices

I was looking around and saw a thread on the other site about coaching choices to replace Bobby P. I just want to say they have the most unrealistic choices I have ever seen. One guys list read like this
Pete Carrol
Bob Stoops
Jon Gruden
Jim Harbaugh (isn't happy in Cali, from what I hear, and has always loved Arkansas)
Another wanted Charlie Strong, Bo Pelini, Butch Davis ( I could see that one to be honest), Chris Peterson, Sean Payton, and
Mike Gundy
Oh and we have one Kirby Smart
Hate to break it to them, but they are not a top 20 coaching job. They may not even be a top 30. At best they get Gus, Rich Rob, Butch, Tubby, Mike Shula(if he is still coaching), Brian Van Gorder, Terry Bowden or a young up and comer. SO they will trade a train wreck for another or get a young coach. Honestly if I was them I call Manny Diaz.

Another name is Gary Anderson (HC at Utah St). That guy has done a great job at keeping Utah St competitive against some far more talented teams. He also was the DC at Utah that made Bama look like crap in the Sugar bowl in 2009.

He'd take that job in a damned heartbeat, dude. What do you think he's holding out for, Southern Cal? But he won't get offered the job. Arkansas isn't going to hire a defensive assistant to replace Petrino.

I think he's holding out for the Florida job IMO. Muschamp sucks and if they have another bad season or two he'll be on his way out. Also look at it this way, makes right at 1mill a year as a DC, if he takes the arky job he goes up to say 3mill a year and has to try and beat Bama,Lsu and the other west teams every year.Doesn't seem smart to me considering he's never been a head coach.

The pick is going to have to be made very carefully. Davis, the RB, has already gone to the AD and begged him to keep the current staff.
If they do that, the list reduces considerably because most guys have folks attached to their hip.
Dave Wanstedt is a name I am hearing a lot because of his ties to the AD, his NFL background and apparently he has the ability to keep things together in tough times.
Keep in mind that Bobby's brother Paul is the OC at ARK
