“We have a new leader in the house,” Bellamy said. “I definitely think with this scheme and [Todd] Grantham, the years he has been here, that position has led the SEC in sacks. So the proof is in the pudding. He coached Demarcus Ware, so I feel like with my skill set, he can take it here and I can be like Jarvis Jones and a top-10 pick.”

The position Bellamy referenced was outside linebacker, the position Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham coaches. He wants to use Bellamy as a standup pass-rusher instead of defensive end.

“Todd Grantham told me I was the best outside linebacker in the nation simply because with my athletic ability, the other guys on the ESPN 150 at outside linebacker are doing this at 6-1, 6-2, 185-200 pounds,” Bellamy said. “I am doing this at 6-4, 235 pounds. He definitely thinks with my skill set and my size, that I am the best. He kind of compares me to Lebron [James] when Lebron is so good because he is so big when he is doing it. So that was a pretty good comparison.”

Bellamy was accompanied on his visit by three other top Georgia targets, linebacker Reuben Foster, running back Alvin Kamara and defensive tackle Montravius Adams.

“One thing that you want to do when you go to college is play with great players, especially at your age in the same class,” Bellamy said. “We all bonded and we knew each other with Twitter and being at camps, so being able to hang out together with them outside of football in downtown Athens, it was pretty cool to find a bond with those people. Like I said playing together with great people is something that everyone wants to do.”

Bellamy admitted that the quartet had talked about playing together.

“With these recruiting visits, things change every week,” Bellamy said. “But there might be a surprise for Georgia fans.”

With Georgia as his leader, where does that put Florida State?

“I am still a Florida State commitment and Jimbo Fisher is coming Wednesday to try and talk me into staying with the program,” Bellamy said. “We will see how it goes.”

The Georgia coaching staff is following up Bellamy’s visit to Athens with one of its own.

“Mark Richt is coming [Monday], Alabama is coming [Monday], Oregon is supposed to be coming,” Bellamy said. “They are filling in. Tennessee and NC State, I will have to tell them to take a number.”

With all the coaches trooping in and out of his house, this final week before signing day will be crucial to Bellamy’s decision.

“I take my last official this Friday,” Bellamy said. “I will probably make my decision next Tuesday. I think I have found a place, but I want to make sure it is right and I do not want to jump the gun. I want to take my time, but I think I have found a place.”

Are you serious? I don't like BAMA either, but the truth is they are after Bellamy because he's a very good player. They could care less if GA, FSU, Auburn and UT are recruiting him. And, BAMA isn't afraid of anyone. It's hard to stomach, but its the truth. I do think GA is the front runner though. Still, I think he could go any direction. His recruitment has been hard to follow and he's been all over the place as of late.
