While Georgia and Clemson are listed as his two on top, my sense from speaking with several contacts is the Bulldogs are the team to beat right now.
The fact they offered before Clemson made a huge impression, and it's gone from there.

Thanks for the update. What's the reason for Boulware's low ranking? The kid looks like a monster at ILB and is stacking offers on offers. What gives here?

Love the kids film. Looks like a hard nosed LB. I think of a Curtis Lofton type.
