  • They just did a piece on the "smoke and mirrors" of Jarvis Jones.

It was only a review of one play in the Florida game. But it showed him "deke" out the right tackle. He effectively culled the tackle into bad foot posture leaning inside on the play, and he was able to blow right by him on the outside virtually untouched.

I wonder if Jarvis is a hockey fan because that was very Ilya Kovulchuck.

It kind of goes back to the film study of Jarvis. If you can find a lineman's tendencies... If you can find some fundamental flaws on film, you can make the offense pay without having to be as strong as Cornelius Washington or as fast as Alec Ogletree.

    Neat stuff.

  • I saw it as well, good video.
But Trevor Matich gets on my last nerve! Top 5 guys I can't stand on ESPN.
    1 Trevor Matich
    2 Mark May
    3. Lou Holts
    4. Bob Davie
    5. Craig James ( even though he is no longer with ESPN )

  • Honorable mention, Tom Luginbill.

Jarvis will be running our opponents into the ground this year! The guy will be a first round pick for sure! Cant wait to see him run SC's QB shaw into the dirt and end all this silly hype bout him being good!

I don't mind Trevor at all!

But looking at your number five should remind us all to "Remember the 5!"

I would have to put corso in the number three spot. Lou was a great motivater in the locker room. All seventy five pounds of him. Mark May is at the top for me. Pollack and Stinch are the only two I like. Imagine that.
