With warmer weather coming and those grills and smokers warming up, I think its past time to get a bbq thread on this board. Post your favorite recipes, restaurants.
My favorite is my cherry chipolte baby back ribs. They are sweet and just when you least expect it...your mouth gets dropped kick by heat. I have never had a complaint about my bbq and hope to share some with yall very soon.
This thread is going to make me really hungry.

Dawgs on Top!
If you want some good hole in the wall BBQ. There is a place in Colquitt, Georgia. THE PIG PEN
They serve pull pork 6 days a week but only serve ribs on Friday's and Saturday's. First come first serve. YOu get two sides. Make sure one side is the baked beans.
The pulled pork and ribs are cooked off site and they use a huge firewood type smoker.
Another place is somewhere I like to go on my way to Athens OLD Clinton's in Gray, Ga.
Once a Dawg always a Dawg...How sweet it is!
place down here in columbus called clearview bbq.. best 99cent chip sandwiches in town
personally not a fan of mustard based bbq (preference is vinegar based), which makes it difficult to enjoy bbq for me in Columbus. With that said, I highly recommend a hole in the wall called Pepper's here that has both mustard-based and ketchup-based sauces. Their mild sauce especially is real thin peppery sauce that reminds me of my favorite from Athens....Fresh Air BBQ.
