I'm feeling less and less confident that Tai-ler Jones will be a Dawg. I haven't heard a word about it in over a month and a half now. Maybe it was Just a little home sickness for a bit.
Why would Tai-ler be a Dawg? I'm just wondering where that came from?
transfer to be closer to home.
I have a friend close to Jones Aj Johnson and Blake Sims from Gainesville i'll ask him
He hasn't heard anything
I know Tai-ler Jones really good and he has had a lot of distractions at Notre Dame. His dad passed away and it was unexpected. He was really close to him and it was hard on him. His dad played linebacker at Notre Dame. Yes his family lives in Georgia, but I do not think he is an option to come to UGA at this point.
Trent, That was the reason I was told. Someone inside BM was on the phone call TJ made to CBM from what I was told. Don't know if true, just thought as the summer went along we might have heard something. Thanks guys.
don't think we would take him at all.
not worth the scholarship for a transfer when we've got premium guys lined up and have no real need at the position. we've got a ton of depth and talent at wide receiver in the years to come.

I agree, but he is experienced. If one or two guys go down, we are pretty thin and inexperienced. It would have been nice. It isn't like we don't have the scholarship room.
I'd take the kid in a heartbeat. He's been a productive receiver.
