Dawgs aren't getting arrested for petty crimes.
We're getting arrested for bench warrants for failing to handle the petty tickets.
Big difference between being arrested for speeding and being arrested for speeding while there is a bench warrant in your name.
The news media is able to make a big issue out of the petty stuff.
The cops are just doing their job.
(I've had my car searched, by the way. I'm Caucasian, short hair, and never had a cigarette or smoked weed in my life. But being young and out on 316 or 78 late at night is going to have that affect coming to or from Athens. I was probably pulled over 7 to 8 times and never issued a citation or ticket back in my youth during any of those stops. Cops were just fishing for things. But if you've got nothing to hide... who cares).
As far as Crowell is concerned. What's done is done. And it was done by him.
I've moved on (just like after King, Ealey, and DJax).
