Anyone trying to cut back on the weight?
I am down 9 lbs, but I waited until I got back from Nashville and the convention. All that was, was a different meal every few hours.
Doing nothing crazy, just cut back bread and no sugar.
Down 5lbs so far but flying to vegas thursday so that might be out the window...
Yea you are done with that
Put it all on black!
I Started back lifting weights & drinking water only. Having fruit for breakfast and better lunches (no fried foods!!), I've replaced dinner with a protein shake and a piece of fruit. I can tell I have much more energy. Hang in there! As Pollack says, #EveryDayCounts
I have you all beat. Lost 142 lbs since November '11. Now I need to gain some. Mmmm, fried chicken.
Man, how did you do that?
Cancer, yeah, don't do it my way! lol
But after kicking cancer's tail, I have a lot of making up to do! Seriously I need to add weight, any know of anything that would work? Just eating doesn't do it. I need something kinda like ensure but has to be lactose free.
Have you looked at Protien Shakes, there are some out there that don't taste terrible and can help add some weight.
