Good, another bit of karma.
I grew up in Columbus and have many friends and family supporting Auburn. Pat Dye once said that this game was like playing family, and it always felt that way - I'd always have rather seen them beat Alabama, and I'd rather beat a good Auburn. But after chizik and other coaches encouraged the dirty play of Fairly, I've hoped for nothing but failure for that staff and the fan base. Seemed obvious to me the chizik is not a good headcoach and he proved that at Iowa State. He was carried by his offensive coordinator, a player the boosters bought for him and luck. Even better then that on top of the current dumpster fire, Auburn is stuck paying these clowns tons of money to lose.
Once they fire chizik, and if they can avoid the temptation to higher another ah like Patrino, I'd like to see them get back to respectable. But, like family, I'm probably going to hold an irrational grudge for a couple of years.
I can't imagine the circumstance under which I will ever again pull for Auburn. I would pull for Notre Dame over Auburn, and I hate Notre Dame.
The NCAA didn't want to do anything so Karma is handling it. Can't say I feel sorry for anyone involved...
and what's his record without malzahn?
Bobby Petrino is on speed dial with the Auburn admins.
Think they will cut Chizik loose before the UGA or bama games? Gives them the lame duck excuse and also might fire up the players.

Tough times indeed... Wish I had sympathy for them - you reap what you sow...
