You guys crack me up, I mean when I say something about the coaching staff I am an not attacking them team or the players, I say what I say because I want more for the program and dawgnation as whole, for your info even thought the defense did play well the offense didn't and they were sloppy..............committed way too many penalities and the offense invited the gators back into the game repeatedly by not being able covert (6) turnover into more than 10 points..................guess I am wrong wanting the team I have I been a fan of since I was 8 to play to the top of their capabilites, WTF was I thinking???????????? I mean it isn't like anyone but Kool aide drinking Richt supporters should have an opinnon.
Sure Malcom made the play.. however Murray had a split second to read the safety blitz and zip the pass to that side where only Malcom could catch it.
An awful first half yes, but Murray calmed down, threw away when needed, and didn't make mistakes the second half.. was also hurt by a few drops in the 2nd half.
The defense deserves all the glory, but Murray was resilient and did what we needed from him in the second half. We had to have that score and we had to make sure there were no more mistakes. Great job, and move on.
lol at Mark Richt fans. Every fan of our rival SEC schools wants him at UGA for a long time for a reason. They know how dangerous UGA could be if an elite coach is hired in Athens. Congrats on him winnng his first big game in a while. Maybe he can win a couple every year instead of once every 2 or 3 years.
guys this isn't the time to be arguing about this. let's enjoy our win over florida TOGETHER, and worry about coach stuff after the season and NSD.
Enjoy the win if you can after those comments. Are you a fan? Here's a DV for you!!!
What an IDIOTIC statement. Mark Richt is THE WINIINGEST head coach percentage wise in the HISTORY of UGA football. He is a victim of his own success. Before he got here 10 wins was a complete success and just getting to a New Years day bowl was a big success. All he has done is average 10 wins a year and people want him fired .LOL So who is the "elite coach" waiting to come to UGA? Lets see the list of available "elite" coaches who have won the "big game" Mullen? NO, Muschamp? NO They are few and far between. I guarantee you there are a hundred progarms out there who would like to average 10 wins a year. Kool-Aid drinkers? I think a lot of the Richt haters are drinking something a lot stronger than Kool-Aid if you ask me.
Quote: Hell yeah..."Mr. Clutch" had to hang in there against a tuff defense. Made the throw that mattered. Don't forget there were a couple drops too. And picks off of tip balls. But with the game on the line he stepped up and won a BIG GAME. You can't take that away. Way to go Murray...great young man, great player and a DAMN GOOD DAWG!
All the throws matter. The interceptions in the first half put the Dawgs in a position to need that spark in the fourth. Hopefully this gets the monkey off his back and Murray is able to relax when he is next in a tough situation.

bobo did pretty well. grantham's plan was outstanding. murray.......yes, he made a play in the 4th quarter but was otherwise scary throwing the ball.
champ, you can't be serious.
i guarantee you that tons of coaches would kill to be at uga whether they had won 10 games before or not. and I would not consider mark richt "elite" or any other coach "elite" until he has won the mnc. and even then, just doing that doesn't make one elite. take chizik---he is far from elite. he just happened to be able to pay the most for the best player available and the perfect storm came together in one season. elite coaches don't win 2 or 3 games 1 years after they go undefeated and win the mnc. that's not elite.
