Pretty surprised by all this, I have been in God's country all day and expected all this to be figured out by now.

according to JHC himself - yes he's going to be at Georgia.
but there is a detail that has to get taken care of.... it seems though that JHC really has the fortitude to see this through. he hasn't been wavering on his decision at all it seems.
he seems pretty steadfast...I say we get him.
Yea, I think we get him... I would be worried if JHC went silent, but he hasn't - all he's done is reaffirm UGA. Anything can happen, however, I'd be surprised if he wasn't a DAWG.
If I understand correctly, you must be 18 to sign on your own? I know if it were me I would hold out until I turned 18, effe his grandfather and I would tell the same thing to my father if it were me and he would respect my decision. Our signing day is an absolute bust until his letter rolls in, and it seems possible it won't happen.
I personally disagree with that. Sure we missed on some targets, but we did end up getting both Dawsons and JHC's word. Not to mention hanging on to all of the other commitments we've picked up on the way; kids like Kieth Marshall and Jordan Jenkins were still probably getting earfuls from other schools right up until they inked their LOIs.

WD, actually the age is 21 for the LOI by the NCAA. Crazy I know. He can still enroll at UGA with or without it and then pick up scholly.
Come on, Woodrow! We don't want to send one of the fellas out to "make you an offer you can't refuse". LOL
That's why I said signing day, not the class of 2012. I am well aware of this class and how we closed in the last month, but signing day being a success was contingent on getting, at the very least, this kid. We didn't close with Marshall, he has been in school since the beginning of January.

SEC football might be a religion, but Georgia football is life. It simply gets no better.
