i don't find it funny at all. i find it reasonable, sensible, even appropriate to call out about a chronic complainer. i would find it far stranger if people just sat and suffered spurrier's narcissism in silence.
personally, i find it funny that you're on this board. anyone else find that funny?
Does anyone think its funny USC fell flat on their face again? I sure do.
I must be in the minority, but I don't see anything wrong with it at all. EDSBS had a good article about the whole ordeal http://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2012/10/30/3577410/steve-spurrier-marcus-lattimore-dabo-swinney
I know as a Dawg I'm supposed to hate Spurrier, but I just can't help but find him entertaining as hell. I'm gonna miss him when he finally retires. I wouldn't trade CMR for him in a million years, but I'd take having a beer with Spurrier over any coach in America. Of course, I don't think CMR would be down with drinking at all really haha
The funniest thing to me is Spurrier is now forced to pull for Ole Miss this week, after bashing them during the summer as being no good AND the fact that Ole Miss just beat Arkansas, who SC is playing this week.
The weak schedule argument from Spurrier-"We have to play Arkansas while Georgia plays Ole Miss"
Art Schlichter's cellmates and Mo Clarett's rugby team believe Ohio State always does things honestly.....
Having watched the video I think Spurrier didn't mean any harm to Dabo he just can't help being a smart Alec' what does concern me is his talk of getting Lattimore back on the field at SC' the next time this outstanding young man carries the ball he needs to be getting compensated not making Spurrier look good' Rehab and God speed #21.
