A friend of mine (honestly) has been seeing this girl for about 4 months. They are not "together" per say. He goes over every night after work and they hook up. They never go anywhere in public for the most part. Well after one of these hook ups (she was a little tipsy he was not and she made the first move.) she got up and said why did you take advantage of me. Which he then got pissed bc she made the move and was far from drunk. She then said "we need a break". His quandary is that she has shown sides to her personality like that and doesn't like that at all... What should he do or say.
If they don't hang out in public, they aren't exclusive. He should be seeing other girls. Take or leave her, but they seem like friends w/ benefits to put it in a forum friendly way based on what you said.

I don't get it. If they are not together, then why does he care if she has an occasional mood swing? Just don't bring her home to mom. Your buddy is getting free cable but is thinking about calling the cable company to inform them of their error.

This. Just keep enjoying the free cable. If you find a woman that doesn't have a little crazy in them, then you might want to double check that "she" doesn't have an adams apple. Sounds like one of the parties involved thinks they are too good for the other. Just remind him that you should always tarp your load before heading to town, especially in a situation like this one.
I think the whole, "why did you take advantage of me?" thing is the red flag here. Even if you didn't, if it goes to court people still form opinions about you. I would get out before she gets serious about that drunken accusation.
when you commit adultery, you are asking for problems...that is what the Lord says....
