I think he's probably referencing Armstrong's flexibility training program and that's the difference. The stretching and yoga emphasis he brought in last year. And honestly I think Armstrong knows what's he's doing in that department.

Gates should never be mentioned when it comes to competing for the tackle position with his inept blocking skills. Gates is a guard at best. He is entirely too slow for the tackle position. Look at how many times he was beaten last seaon. Not just in the South Carolina game, but overall. Bama is more powerful in the weightroom. There is the big difference on the field. Too much finesse on the UGA side and not enough physicality. That is why UGA needs an upgrade to the S&C Coach. It was very visible against most of the teams and that's why much smaller DL were manhandling UGA's OL.

Thoughts on Ole Miss sudden rise? Kind smells a lot like Auburn's rise 3-4 years ago. I know its a nice school and all, but multiple 5 stars committed to Oxford raises an eyebrow just as much as a Louisiana kid committing to play at Auburn. Could there be something fishy brewing?
