So at this point (and it’s early), the ones who look most likely for a redshirt are defensive lineman Jonathan Taylor (given depth at his position), offensive lineman Greg Pyke and quarterback Faton Bauta, of whom Richt said Friday, “We’re not expecting him to have to play for us this year. More than likely, he’ll redshirt.”

Asked if coaches were considering moving Bauta to another position, Richt replied, “Not this minute. We haven’t even thought of that right now.”
