ATHENS, Ga. -- It's a cold morning in Northeast Georgia as the Bulldogs prepare to welcome their neighbors from Southeast Georgia to Sanford Stadium for today's game between UGA and Georgia Southern.
The Bulldogs (9-1) are No. 4 in the coaches poll for the NCAA's FBS. The Eagles (8-2) are No. 6 in the coaches poll for the NCAA's FCS.

Hello everyone ...
Fighting the cold, wind and numbing hands as I get settled and start typing in the press box. Weather Channel says it's 53 degrees out there, but wind is making it feel colder than that. Hopefully, it will heat up a bit before kickoff.
It's a nice day, though. Not a cloud in the sky for today's game.
Wonderful day for some UGA football
Georgia Southern's team filtering onto the field down in warm-up outfits.
DawgWalk is set to take place around 11:55 a.m.
Eagles brought their entire band, which is already getting set up in the empty stadium
WHO'S NEXT? Bill Goldberg is back on campus today!
Georgia's assistant coaches walking the sideline before the players arrive. They look cold. I see toboggans and hats.
The wind is whipping pretty strong in the stadium today, by the way. That's really what it making it as cold as it feels right now.
DawgWalk reaching the stadium now ...
Marshall Morgan the first through
Michael Bennett walking in now. He looks good. No trace of a limp.
Aaron Murray sprinting from back of the pack to beat others into the locker room.
Blake Tibbs not dressed out. He had an ankle injury, but he's redshirting too.
Chris Burnette NOT dressed out (shoulder)
Jarvis Jones chest bumps Hairy Dawg on his way through
Abry Jones with the team and using small crutches to walk the field
Jonathan Taylor (redshirting) also not dressed out today
And one more: Richard Samuel isn't dressed out either. Samuel missed practice last week with an abdominal strain.

Saw D.J. Shockley in the press box earlier. He's down on the field now.
Goldberg on the field now leaning over the hedges and signing autographs.
TK is back in No. 12 today, by the way
Give Zander Ogletree credit for usually being the most hyped in warm-ups. He's usually the one getting everyone going ...
Blair Walsh is on hand and being recognized prior to kickoff
