I think more pregame music would be good. Songs that will get the players blood flowing. Kinda like a few years back when Knowshon had everyone doing soulja boi dance. JMO

I'm thinking we got to do SOMETHING to get the "students section" more into it. Get them to use their tickets. I think it was a big mistake to take the "ticket" away from them and give them a "debit" card.

The 12:00 kick offs don't help. It's hard to beat the 7:30 kick offs. Also the team your playing helps.
Playing the buffalos and the Fla int of the world does not create good game day atmosphere. ACDC could play live before those games and it want help much. It's the time and the team your playing that matters.

I hear this a TON from UGA fans I know.

I'm trying to think of a Pink Floyd song that would fit. They don't translate well to football.

Golden Earrings "Radar Love" has a good football drum-beat. Lyrics don't fit well.

They did get rid of it two years ago. But the older crowd complained and got it back. The same crowd also got the 12:00 kickoffs back. 2 years ago, almost every game was at night.

The problem in Athens is there is a lot of "money" that likes things traditional. All you have to do is go to a game at any other SEC school outside of Vandy and you can see how outdated UGA is.

The tailgating and the city itself can rival any school. The in-game experience is stuck in the 20th century.

When the bullet hits the bone is a great arena song. I'm not sure how it translates to an open stadium.

Move the band higher to let their sound carry in the stadium better.

Outside of that, I'm with SmithDawg. If you're looking for the best atmosphere, get the best matchups and starttimes.

Unfortunately in today's game television often determines the starting time. Got to get the respect of ESPN and CBS. Winning consistently will do that.

Well hopefully some of these things will change once Adams is gone. He hates and hated the fact that uga was one of the if not the biggest party college in America.

I would like to see a more amped up stadium entrance for the team, as others have alluded to.

There are few things in college football as exciting as VA Tech running onto the field to "Enter Sandman." And that's not to say that we should just do what everyone does and use smoke machines, etc etc. But hell, why not "Thunderstruck" along with some red pyrotechnics? Or something of the sort. A little badassery to set the tone and get the crowd juiced and let the visitors know we're not going to sit on our hands until the 4th quarter.

What we do now is just so tame, relatively speaking. I think the energy of our pre-game routine matches the intensity that we have as a crowd during the ball game - and I don't mean that in a good way. I went to the UGA-USC game two years ago in Columbia and couldn't help but note just how better their entrance was than ours, and how much more jacked their fans were for it than ours usually are. Need to fix that.
