I have a gripe

  • The autoplay videos with 3 advertisements that can't be paused or muted are an inconvience. If im trying to watch some tv on my computer and browse dawgs247 on my other monitor (or listen to music) I have two options.

    1) Stop what I'm doing until these three ads run their course and stop running over the audio I already had going (for a video I wasn't trying to watch in the first place).
    2) Wait and browse the site later

    I love this site, the coverage, and inovations and this is not a deal breaker. The site is too good for me to throw a fit over this but it is a MAJOR annoyance and keeps me for browsing the site unless I have nothing else going on. I'd be happy to pay more to do away with the problem.

    The ads don't even really bother me that much. If I'm going to watch a video I've already halted everything else anyway. It's the autoplay that's terrible.

    Any chance this goes away?

    While I have no say on how the ads are displayed, we have a good track record of responding to things like this.

  • Thanks for the quick response and for not dismissing me. You guys are the best.

    DLdawg - Maybe it is time I said goodbye to explorer. I've been trying to avoid multiple browers because doubling temp files bogs down older systems like mine fast.
