Thanks Rusty. Good info. I am glad we are not trailing on S. Dawson after that visit. You knew Ole Miss would really work on him hard. Crazy to think we still have a shot with Jaquay. That tells me he was really leaning to UGA going into the weekend.

Now all that remains is the signing day. The coaches can take a break and the kids can stop playing the game. I think there will be the usual amount of surprises on signing day and I hope UGA does well. All that is left now are the signing day press conferences and then for whatever teams these kids select, they can prepare for the future as well as the teams. It will be time to move onto the class of 2013 and start recruiting there. I don't think you could pay me enough money to coach at the NCAA level as I think all of this recruiting stuff, would wear this ole man out.

Thanks, Rusty.
That update does have me feeling a little more optimistic especially about Jacquay Williams and Sheldon Dawson and slightly more upbeat about Avery Young and Josh Dawson than I was late yesterday evening.
Much better feeling in that we have somewhat of a chance going into NSD, than little more than none at all!
Right up to the last minute until Wednesday, I always like to feel we at least have a chance on some of these recruits that can help us most fill our positions-of-need even if we do fall short on their decision!
Go Dawgs! And let's finish this signing class strong!

Gentry,
I was wondering one thing about this years class, or I should say, about one guy in particular.
Faton Bauta graduated from high school in December. Why is he not on campus now and working the program like Marshall and Theus. Are we only allowed three early or back date recruits? It would seem like it would benefit this young man, if that isn't the case.

Ok, thanks for the information. The AJC seemed to indicate he was not there yet. Should have known better than to read anything into anything they post. Heck, you can't even have a intelligent post in their comment section without, being slaughtered with negative crap from most of their readership. Glad I have a reliable source of information from your site. I might add, the folks that post on this site also seem to be intelligent folks, and you don't have to wade through a bunch of crap to try and get the point they are making out of it. Not to mention, you guys have great information as far as UGA goes.
