would he be able to go through bowl prep with the team? I remember AJ Bryant dressed for the Capitol One bowl vs Purdue after he announced. I can't remember the rules for this?

Its probably good sign us if he delayed it it would have given Clemson much better shot Kieth Marshall come on down .

He is going to be in the Under Armor game. If he does do this, he would no longer be able to participate in that game.

He can if he wants. But if he does, he can't play in the UA or AA game.

Keith is going to be an EE, so I don't think he was planning on playing in that game either way.
