Did anybody hear what he said about recruiting and NSD. One of the few times I agree with him

What did he say?
Basically that we should celebrate the kids that have been committed and stayed committed to one school should be celebrated as much if not more than the ones committing on NSD. By making such a big deal out of the ones committing on NSD on TV is gonna make future recruits wait longer bc they want the attention that the ones they have been committed deserve the most attention
Once a Dawg always a Dawg...How sweet it is!
I totally agree. I know kids want the attention, but for the benefit of the team it would be best to commit early to give the coaches more time to work on kids who are really confused on where they want to go.
The only reason it has seemed like a failure to myself and others is bc GA had several 5 stars this year and we didn't get one. However my opinion has changed since earlier because I went back and looked at the commits we have and remembered that we have some major talent without the 5 stars. Some of these guys will be the next gurley or boykin etc. mark my words 4 stars in HS but play like or better than 5 stars when they play between the hedges. I'm excited about this class again bc there is a ton of heart and hard workers in this class. GO DAWGS
