No offense. But if you going to pat RG on his back for coaching up DP then you have to also slap his hand for recruiting him as a fb. I admit it DP was a gem and was going to be a gem due to his drive , RG had zero to do with his all American status. Maybe RG coached him the basic, but god given talent and drive and desire made DP

Pollack came to Georgia as a 6'2 245 two way player in high school. He played fullback for his high school, but was also the defensive lineman of the year in 2000 awarded by the TD club in Atlanta. His only problem was being undersized so he started at fullback in fall camp. He quickly put on 35-40 pounds and was moved to defensive tackle early on in the season. By the end of 2001, he was starting at DT with future NFL players Charles Grant, Jonathan Sullivan, and Josh Mallard at DE's. In 2002, he slid to DE when those guys left.

Sorry, but Geathers just isn't consistent enough to go pro. He didn't even have a full yr as a starter yet. I think he's hurting himself with this decision...
