Most improved player on O and D

  • Who do you think will improve the most for the Dawgs on offense and defense from last year to this year.

    For me I say on defense it'll be Bacarri Rambo. I think after that injury in the Auburn game in 2009 he was a little hesitant at times last year. I think he will do big things this year.

    On offense I'm going with Orson Charles. Not that he wasn't good last year but I think we will design a lot more plays for him to get the ball in his hands. He will be a very tough match up problem for any D.

    i personally feel lynch is most complete all around te on the team. orson struggles blocking.

  • T. King on offense. I think he becomes Murrays go to WR along with Charles. He has been solid so far but I think he steps up and has a big year. I see him getting alot of deep balls thrown his way. I think there will be a few on defense but Im going with Garrison Smith. He was getting better every time he got on the filed last year and we didnt get to see him at Gday because he was banged up but I think he will lead the DL in sacks this year. I think he and Abry will split snaps but he is going to play alot in the nickel too. I thought he was the best player in the 2010 class(remind me of a bigger Pollack). Geathers, B. Smith, and Lott are 3 more that I think will play huge for us this year. Defense is loaded.

    Agree on Lynch being the complete TE. Bobo has got to find ways to split Charles in the slot and get Lynch and White in the game at one time. We need to run this set 15-20 times a game. It would hard to defend throwing or running out of this set. Put Murray in shotgun with Crowell/ or King beside him with T.King out wide, charles flanked out, White/Lynch at TE and let Murray pick em apart on the 10-15 yard and in routes. Hit Crowell/King on draws every couple plays and then throw over the top to T.King when they bring the safetys up. It sounds easy anyway.

  • I'm really hoping it's Rambo bc our Safety play hasn't been up to UGA standards in a while. On offense, I think it needs to be T. King bc he is taking over as the #1 WR. I'm liking the idea of putting Charles in the slot and running dbl TE with Lynch and White on the line though. It will hard for D's to defend that in the passing game and running game.
