a 260 lb ILB is a monster...if he has the lateral quickness to play ILB with that size he could turn into something special even though he wasn't as highly touted as some of our other recruits

Barring injury, I don't see a lot of teams running real well, against our defense this year. Coach Grantham, has really got the defense solid for sure. Last year it seemed like the LB's swarmed to the ball carrier, and if our top ones stay healthy, M. Lattimore will not see 100 yards against us this year. If we can make S.C. depend on Shaw to win the game, we will come out of Brice Stadium with a victory.

I agree with you on the areas where improvement is needed.

On run plays outside, there is often a blocker getting to the ILB. In our losses, we were unable to get through those blocks (often times chop blocks at our feet). That is a very difficult block to do in space. We need to be better at working through them.
