Those boys picked up yards when Auburn put pretty much everyone in the box. IC was running hard between the tackles and am glad that he picked up the majority of his yards that way.
I think that an offseason with Joe T and getting K Marshall will really up his game.

Not only IC but Thomas was also running hard. God bless the guy. I love seeing him lower his shoulder. GATA you shifty little bowling ball!

They both looked solid.
But the offensive line and Murray have to be recognized. Bad things happen when defenders are in the backfield to stuff the run game.
Murray has to recognize where the defense is attacking and make sure that the play will hold up. And the offensive line did an excellent job on their blocks and avoiding hold/false start penalties (nothing kills a running game worse than 2nd and 20)

Ken Malcome even got a series at the end. You could tell he was trying to earn some playtime in the future.

Success breeds success.
It works with pitchers in baseball. It works with rotating running backs. Thomas always wants to do great. But he sees Harton put his body on the line for every inch, and he comes out the next time running with his shoes on fire. The same goes for Crowell.
I love to see that type of brotherhood. Nobody wanting to be the guy to let the team down.
