Intrigued on why he didn't get any offers from the big three schools in Florida. Anybody know why? I heard he ran a 4.8 40. If that's the case why would we offer him then?

Cause it takes more than a fast forty to be a good CB and our coaches know that.

their loss is our gain. the kid can obviously play, and we don't necessarily need burners at CB. commings can't exactly fly, but i haven't noticed him getting beat deep a bunch. i wouldn't worry about stuff like this. our coaches are looking for guys who can succeed in the context of our scheme, and a big, rangy kid like wilkerson is great fit for us. just be glad we got him, because dude is a player.
