the fact that Crowell had 3 freshmen that have not even suited up for a game (let alone play in one) in the car with him at the time of the incident played into CMR's decision to dismiss him? In ohter words, would he have had a chance if he wasn't leading the young pups astray? I mean it's one thing to de-rail your career, but it's another when you start involving other guys. Of course the legal process would have had to run it's course and he would've had to avoid prison time, but I thought this was an interesting question. And before anyone else makes this point, I know each kid that was in the car made the decision on his own, but obviously IC was the leader of the pack as it was his car and he was the most prominent member of the football team. Also, is Cootie gonna stick around now that his boy is gone?
