i guess a positive spin is that drew and CW were killing it and lott saw the writing on the wall, but good lord. i'm not sure we're going to have a defense left by the time the season rolls around.

Not that it really matters to me but why would somebody on a UGA board down vote me for wishing the kid good will? Really?

This is really disappointing- it just kills me that these guys just give up and go elsewhere to seek more playing time. Lott is on the verge of doing really good things and just pulls the plug?!?

I have a hard time believing that he really didn't have enough confidence in his abilities to earn more playing time! Seems like these guys just make these knee jerk reactions when things don't go their way. We are going to have injuries and more attrition, it's just the nature of the business, and that means opportunities for the next man in line. Not everyone can be starters.
