OK, all of our new members who're looking to get some stars under their name, here is a place to post so others can click that little green arrow in the bottom right corner and get you where you need to be.
We each get 25 votes a day, so no one should be very stingy, I would think.

I would upvote, but cannot do it on my phone, and that's where I view this site 90% of the time. Anyone know how to fix this ill upvote like a mad man!

Green arrow is an unvote. Red arrow is a downvote.
The result of your "votes" becomes your "star rating" as a poster on the board. Thought this thread would be a good way to get the new guys like yourself up to speed.

Its a blackberry curve, I just don't see the arrows by peoples post. I've tried turning on/off java but nothings worked. Its okay though I'm going to be getting the htc soon anyway.

Its pretty much a rating system. All the Dawg posters over here are great posters so I have not used the Down vote but if you go to the Blue Board you will encounter some bad posters and you may want to down vote them.. You will see once you get 10 votes you will have stars like a lot of us that have been around a little while. You can then filter out certain stars if you want. Like if you only want to see posts from 4 and above star posters you can do that. its pretty neat.
Also you can follow certain posters if you want to look for stuff from some of the other great posters around here (we have a ton). Or you can ignore posters (You will not need to do that on the Dawgs site IMO).

Well I played with it and I see two boxes beside the reply button I can press but there are no arrows inside them, not sure which onr is upvote and which is downvote. Don't want to push the wrong one and downvote someone at an upvote party, don't wanna be that guy.
