The UGA Running Game

  • Do you think the Georgia game plan will be the same as it was in '09 when Richt ran between the tackles up and down the field the whole game?

    In your opinion how does the '11 offensive line compared to '09?

    Will Crowell and/or Thomas be ready to go?

    GT's defensive line is light and not very good against the run. If Crowell is healthy I don't see how Tech's front seven can stand up to UGA's size and strength.

    What say you?

    Crowell is good at making plays when nothing is there, so yes if our line can be decent, we should be able to run all over them. Hopefully Crowell has no setbacks and is ready to go. I think he is getting more and more comfortable and is ready to have that outstanding game that we all keep expecting.

  • I think our offensive line took a step backwards against a poor run defense in Kentucky.

    I know that we were handing the rock to some backs that would have struggled on the 5 deep depth chart last spring (if everyone was healthy). But the offensive line didn't show the dominance that I would have expected against the 11th ranked rush defense in the SEC.

    Hopefully we come back with a swagger and determination like we had against Auburn (or GT back in 2009).
