The NCAA should put a max salary in place for schools to spend on salaries. Stop this problem before it starts.

I will respectfully disagree. While I agree that these salaries are not realistic, the NCAA has got their collective noses in way too many things already. We need more people with common sense and less regulations. Remember, the vast majority of these salaries are being paid by boosters, not the schools.

If there's one school in the country where $$$ wouldn't be a problem, it's Arky. With Wal Mart and Tyson foods money, they can pay as much as anyone in America, imo.

With Haslam's at Tenn, and the Direct TV guy, I dont see money being a problem there either.

Gruden isn't going to take a head coaching job at Arkansas, or Tennessee for that matter. I highly doubt he would take a college job at all, but if he did, it'd be a Southern Cal or something of the like.
Besides, has anybody watched him on MNF? He loves his job now. And I think the Raiders are more likely to get him back coaching than any college team.

The Haslam's just bought the Browns for one billon dollars and do not have that bill payed in full yet. That money my be a little tight
