  • I like that their QB is mobile. That gives us a good warm up to prepare for Franklin the next week at Missouri.

  • Hmnn if their offense won the spring game, we should be able to run up a pretty good score here, IMO

  • They may rank somewhere around 100-120, but at least they are a BCS school.

  • This will be a scrimmage where the score is kept and it counts. Hopefully the coaches can see some things they need to see that will be helpful the following week. The other good news is Georgia won't have to show anything on O or D beyond their base packages. Does anyone know who MO opens against?

That would be the Southeastern Louisiana Lions. Both teams will have gained a few pounds because of the cupcakes.

  • UGA will win by 38-10 or a similar score. I expect UGA to rest up most of the starters and not run up the score.

  • the most important thing is to not show anything but base packages and get young guys a lot of snaps. i want to see guys like lemay, dantzler, the long brothers, theus, and mark beard on the field. it will also be very, very exciting to watch marshall and todd gurley run the ball.

I don't know. If it better prepares us (or distracts the future opposition), I say throw the playbook at them.

Bobo has been our OC for about 6 seasons? I doubt there is much he has been saving for this season. Get the reps in live action and find out where we need additional work. This is spring 2.0.

The same for Grantham. Outside of new personnel packages, I doubt there are any blitzes he saved the past 2 seasons. Let's hone our skills against Buffalo. Maybe even throw in a wrinkle that will waste practice time for Missouri.

I'm respectfully gonna have to hopefully disagree with ya there. Mr. Coach Bobo better be drawing up some new plays as I write this. It's time to add a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of strawberry to our vanilla offense. Hopefully, at one of those coaching seminars, a coach took Bobo aside and educated him on unpredictability. We've got playmakers and potential playmakers at every offensive skill position. If my wife calls an up the middle run on 3rd and 12 before it happens this year I'm gonna have brain damage.

lol I get so tired of of watching the game with Auburn/Alabama fans and them calling our plays before the play. And it's not just Bobo's, they call Murray's audibles most of the time.

You're hoping for more reverse-downfield throws from Michael Bennett, I presume.

It's football. There's not going to be too much we can throw at Missouri that they haven't seen in the Big 12 or from the past 6 seasons at UGA.

Let's just make sure we know our responsibilities so that when we do run a play, our new guys know their assignments better than the 2011 squad. I would be ecstatic with that type of progress.

Art Schlichter's cellmates and Mo Clarett's rugby team believe Ohio State always does things honestly.....

Absolutely not! While I applaud CMB for calling that play, he needs to make sure he's got the personnel in the game to pull it off. Of all the people on the field for that play, Bennett should have been on the receiving end, not the throwing end. Put somebody in the game that at least played QB in high school.
