On the grill this weekend? Today I have BBQ chicken and corn on the Cobb, with red potatoes. While the chicken is grilling starting to get the smoker going for the night with some Boston butts for tomorrow.

Rib. Start marinating tomorrow. Let rub sit over night. Start them on the smoker at 8am on Monday.

I went cheap this year.
Dogs, brats, italian sausages, polish sausages, and vegetables.
That said, the most important thing we'll be serving is thanks to the men, women, and families who sacrificed so much. This is such a bittersweet day. It is really humbling for me.

Putting some thick NY strips and a few good sized trout my son caught. He's hooked for life. His first fish was a good one.
