I thought this might be a good thread to start?? Everyone tell what year you graduated and where you went to highschool? Also what your mascot was? any big time players that played when you were there?
Highschool: Flowery Branch High(Ga)
Mascot: Falcons
Graduated: 2007
Big time players: Jaybo Shaw (QB went to Ga tech for two years,
Conner Shaw ( played QB and now at USCE)
Izaan Cross ( went to Ga Tech)

I went to Central High, Phenix City, AL(right next door to Columbus, GA)we are the Red Devils. Graduated 06. Earl Alexander and Bryant Mckissic were in my class. Earl went to Bama as a WR, played QB for us. Bryant went to Troy as a FS.

High School: Roswell High
Graduating class: 1997
Mascot: Hornets
Big time player: Jermaine Phillips, played WR/SS for UGA from 1997-2002. Then went on to play 8 years with the Bucs. I started rootin for the dawgs because of him, and then even after he graduated I just stuck around cuz dawgnation felt like home. They're my favorite team by far now.

Big name players: not too many- Corey Jarrells, Odell Collins he played at UGA Rb at one time all I can remember

Class: 2004
Mascot: Indians
Went to high school with Gerald McRath now with the Titans, Josh Smith with the Atlanta Hawks, A.J. Suggs went to my school but graduated the semester before I got there. Also Adam Meadows former Uga and colts Olinemen went to my school.

My dad grew up in Pelham, played for the Hornets from '48-'50. The surrounding schools put out a lot of players but you don't see many come out of Pelham HS.
I went to Westside (Augusta), home of Sanders Commings. Our QB back in '78, Mike Kelly, played for tech.
