why are we not in it for this guy? he's from tampa, which we have recruited very well in the past, and we need CB's. it looks like his dad is coaching USF, so i might be answering my own question.

for the record i'm very, very happy if we get langley and wilkerson, but it's just odd that i never hear this kid mentioned as someone we're after because he's obviously a pretty special talent. rusty: what's your read on this guy?
